I don’t think the unit is cooling enough. – (1) Please double check the size of your area and if the cooling capacity in BTUs matches the recommendation in our product page. – (2) Check if the machine is in cooling mode. If it’s in ECO mode, which is the default mode of operation when running it for the first time, the unit is working to save as much energy as possible and thus the cooling of the area will take longer, but will happen according to the specification. To get the maximum cooling effect, use COOLING mode with HIGH fan speed. – (3) This unit uses an inverter cooling system – different from a traditional unit, that’s either working at 100% or 0% at any given time and thus either too cool, or too hot, an inverter system works using several steps to reach the cooling effect while optimizing energy usage and comfort. If you’re feeling that the initial blow of cold air is not as cold as you’d like, first make sure you’re using COOLING mode and HIGH fan speed.
